It deserves its 3 stars. Our stay here was relaxing, brilliant place for exploring Wellington. Had private bathroom with all essentials. The area was downtown❤

Good home base for 3 nights. We loved the stunning location, and the friendly staff. Queen room overlooks the garden and includes an electric kettle, a fridge and glassware. There's lots of restaurants to choose from, like East & Main Bistro, set within 5 minutes walk or so.

Beautiful location of the hotel, within a walking distance of Lakeshore Farms. We can recommend, maybe to friends. A wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like tall poppy cafe that was only 10 minutes' walk away. Free Wi Fi is good...

The location turned out to be stunning. Choosing for lunch La Condesa, which is situated 500 metres away was a good idea. Nothing beats being in lakeside motel.
Can’t fault the property in any way.
